We are cordially invited to a district-wide celebration of Juneteenth on Saturday, June 13, 2026 between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm at Uniondale High School. All students, families and community members are encouraged to join us as we reflect on the significance of this celebration of freedom. There will be music, arts and crafts and activities for all ages. Please join us.

Huge congratulations to Uniondale High School's very own Kerwen Deller and Dashawn Bent!

Kerwen and Dashawn were recently recognized by Nassau BOCES for passing their exams and officially receiving their New York State Barbering Licenses!

This incredible milestone is a perfect testament to the importance of providing diverse career and technical education (CTE) pathways. When we equip students with hands-on skills and real-world opportunities, there is no limit to what they can achieve straight out of high school.

This engaging summer experience gives students the opportunity to strengthen their academic skills while exploring their creativity through the arts.

Location: California Avenue School

* 🧠 Academics: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
* 🍽️ Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
