This is my sixth year as Principal of Walnut Street School. I have been at Walnut Street for the last twenty-one years as a teacher and Assistant Principal. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 516-918-2201    

Meet Dr. Dorsainvil

Welcome to the Walnut Street School family! Your child’s safety is our number 1 priority and we pride ourselves in providing your child the best educational experiences. I am excited to be your Assistant Principal at Walnut Street School. 

Throughout my tenure years in the district, I have taught 5th and 6th grade classes for fourteen years at California Avenue School.  In addition, I worked as a High School Counselor at Uniondale High School for five years. Most recently, I earned my doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Dowling College. 

My love for education is more prevalent now than ever before. Let's continue to work together to make a difference in the lives of our students and community members.
