Haiti Earthquake Relief Efforts

Please keep all the victims of the earthquake in Haiti and their families in your thoughts and prayers. Many of our families at Walnut Street School and in the Uniondale Community have lost family members and are still waiting to hear from loved ones still missing.

In response to the devastating earthquake this week in Haiti, the Uniondale School District is coordinating efforts to provide relief. Walnut Street School has been assigned to donate and collect toiletries that will be sent directly to Haiti.  Our PTA will also be collecting monetary donations.  More information will be forthcoming on Tuesday.
